This is a journal site dedicated to the life and memories of Robert Drabek and his wife Yan Shen Drabek, including personal photo albums and biographies of the Drabek family tree. Robert passed away at his home in Northampton, Massachusetts, on April 4, 2020, after a long and hard battle with cancers.
Gone But Not Forgotten
He is survived by his devoted wife of 32 years, Yan, his beloved son, Elliott, his mother, Helen Pence, his aunt Dorothy Bashkingy, his nieces and nephew, and many other friends and colleagues. A gentle and soft-spoken man of high values, as well as a passionate and dedicated educator, Robert has left behind a lifetime of memories for his loved ones to cherish. Indeed, the world is certainly a much lesser place without him,but he will live in our hearts forever as a great human being, not least for his service to humanity.
